Joe worked at the BBC for 12 years, producing many live radio programmes across Radio 2, 6 Music and 5 Live. He is also a podcast host and writer. Since January 2021, he has been Head Of Production for Spiritland, where he has overseen podcast series, documentaries and radio shows for BBC Arts, Sonos, BBC Sounds, Radio 3, Jazz FM, and The World Service.

Gareth started his engineering career at the BBC, and worked across many radio programmes and TV broadcasts in his 15 years there. In 2018, he co-founded Spiritland Productions, and now runs the company with his business partner and fellow sound engineer, Antony Shaw. Recently, Spiritland Productions has provided the broadcast mic for ITV’s “Concert For Ukraine” as well as live-streaming Ed Sheehan for TikTok, Arcade Fire from London’s Koko, and several big livestreams on Twitch.
