Sofar

Sofar Sounds, famous for their signature secret concerts in unique spaces and for being an early part of the story for artists such as Andra Day, Leon Bridges, Yebba, Lianne La Havas, Billie Eilish, Hozier (and many more) have teamed up with us here at Raw Material to run a masterclass for our members to debunk those myths of the live music industry, to share their advice on starting out/getting your sound heard and what it means to be a music manager.

Tiggy Taliadoros

Head Artist Booker & UK Operations

Tiggy is Sofar Sounds Head Artist Booker for the UK and oversees the UK Operations, for the past 2 years. She has also owned her own coffee shop for the past 9 years, using the space after hours to host free poetry & open mic nights, zine making workshops, songwriting & audio training and a talk series. For 3 years this was the anchor space in her local community, for the Big Local and Unltd (grant/funders), where she engaged the community to provide application support, creating networking events and to assist with initial idea planning and execution.
