Resources from ‘Music and Creative Industries Insight from Young People’

In August and November 2021, Brixton creative organisations Raw Material and School Ground Sounds commissioned Lambeth Integrate and Partnership for Young London to run 2 focus groups with young people who were interested in developing their skills in music and the creative industries. These consultations were supported using public funding by the National Lottery, through Arts Council England.

We got some great feedback and interesting ideas which we then shared with our creative community via zoom on December 14, 2021. This was a fabulous session, leading to some insightful conversations and posing some interesting questions on how we can better support young people creatively.

Raw Material is pleased to share the recording from this feedback session and also the slides, summarising findings from Lambeth Integrate and Partnership for Young London.
