Spiritland Productions will offer 3 participants the opportunity to be mentored by Spiritland Productions employees.

Mentees will gain a unique insight into the rapidly evolving world of artistic and music content creation, curation, programming, and production. Each mentee will receive 3 sessions with their individual Spiritland Productions mentor as well as other opportunities to find out more about the business, which may include shadowing and a visit to Spiritland Productions studio.

We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate their commitment to a career in the creative industries, with a particular interest in music production.

• any past relevant experience or interests

• that they have faced barriers to accessing creative career opportunities due to race, disability, socioeconomic class, and any other relevant barrier

• Aged between 18 - 30
