Youth Music Kickstarter Internship

Marketing Internship

Marketing Intern who’ll play a key role in bringing the newly defined brand to life amongst a variety of audiences. With support and guidance from the Youth Music team, you’ll help make the most of exciting marketing opportunities. You’ll help create stories; developing written, visual and video content across Youth Music’s website and social media channels to demonstrate the impact of our work and increase audience engagement.

Administration Internship

If you want a career working in music, charities or with young people then this is a great opportunity. The role will provide general administrative and project support for Youth Music. The job sits in Youth Music’s Grants and Learning Team. This team is responsible for managing our funding programmes and gives out over 300 grants each year to support music work with children and young people nationwide.

Emerging Artist Competition: Cross The Tracks & Mighty Hoopla

Cross the Tracks Emerging Artist competition (Jazz, Funk and Soul) – Applications close on Tuesday 4th August. Aged 18 - 25

The finalists for this competition will be judged by renowned DJ’s Norman Jay MBE and Gilles Peterson. The lucky winner will get to play on the main stage at the Cross The Tracks festival and all runners-up will be promoted and featured on the festival channels.

Mighty Hoopla Emerging Artist competition (Pop and R&B)

Applications close Sunday 8th August. Aged 18 - 25

This is a great opportunity to perform on a world class stage among the line-up of artists ranging from Cheryl, Becky Hill, Gabrielle, RAYE and many more. The finalists will be judged by the Mighty Hoopla team, agent Chris Ibbs and artists Nimmo. The lucky winner will get to open the Big Top stage and runners up will get a pair of tickets each to attend.
