Young Ambassadors
Get involved in the work that we do, get paid for your time, gain valuable work experience, use our facilities for free, and be invited to events at Raw and beyond!
The Raw Young Ambassadors Programme is a brand new series of skill-sharing and collaborative workshops which lie at the intersection of marketing and programming. The task we set the Young Ambassadors is to increase Raw Material’s engagement with young people by taking an innovative and collaborative approach to our marketing, promotion and recruitment.
Participants will be supported in coming up their own strategy, in working together and in achieving the objectives they set themselves. In return for their participation, we offer our Young Ambassadors formal recognition of their work, professional development training, free use of Raw Material facilities and attendance of our events, as well as paid compensation for their time.

We’re looking for young people (aged 16-25) who can…
Be knowledgeable and friendly representatives of Raw Material
Research and help with development of young people’s programming interests.
Design and deliver independent marketing and social media initiatives.

We will pay and support you to…
Attend a monthly Ambassadors’ Meeting.
Set personal targets which you work towards consistently.
Demonstrate commitment to your role and show a willingness to learn and experiment.
Assist others in their role and be an effective team player.
(Participants will receive £20 for their attendance of the Ambassadors’ Meeting.)
