Humans of Raw

A photography exhibition, consisting of 30 portraits of some of our members, will be on display this Thursday for one day only.

This year, our charity turns 30. Over the years our Raw Material has supported thousands of people, many of whom have worked with us for years, growing and evolving alongside us. Our anniversary presents us with an ideal opportunity to recognise and celebrate the many faces who pass through our doors and who define who we are. Taken over a single week, the exhibition contains 30 portraits of some of our community members, team and Board who agreed to be photographed and to provide some words of their choice.

The full exhibition will be on display this Thursday 6th July for one day only, and coincides with our traditional End-of-Term gig, where participants from across the Raw Sounds programmes will take to the stage to perform a musical number or two which they have been working on throughout the term. The gig and the exhibition go hand-in-hand, since they’re all about celebrating the individuality, creativity and talent of our incredible members.

Below is a selection of 8 images from the exhibition. If you are interested in attending the main event, please reserve a free place by following the link below.
